Very nice! I had to catch up from the past few days of blog. Got a couple of ideas for you - We've started giving a treat to the kid that went to sleep first (even at nap time) - when they wake up. It started out a mini candy bar but we're down to a M&M - which is big stuff because we don't usually give them candy! Also - you might want to stop the naps. If I had trouble like that - that would be the first thing to go. When KC is down you could do something special with just Parker. :) I try to run them really hard (playing in the backyard, etc) on those days I know it will be tough at bedtime.
We have had trouble keeping Taylor in bed - but she knows that if she gets out - the door gets closed, then the hall light goes off, etc. We follow the same procedure every night - and she pretty much stays in her bed (or gets the routine). Lately they've needed quiet music to help get them to sleep. We're real meanies - we start bedtime at or slightly before 7. All the girls but Taylor like to listen to me read out of a book (Pinocchio at the moment) - a chapter or so a night - Taylor's not into that yet, though. Hope something in this mishmash helps!

Way cool!!! You've done a great job. It's so fun to see him change from picture to picture!

That IS cool! Did it take a long time to put together?
