Where's the camera?

One guess as to who had the camera when I couldn't find it.

Merry Christmas Charlie Brown

I LOVE all the fun Christmas shows that are starting to be on tv. But Charlie Browns Christmas has got to one of my favorite. So in honor of Chuck we made treats and had a "show party" as Parker likes to call it. We made blue rice krispie treats and popcorn and had lots of fun.

Preschool

Parker loves going going to preschool. I haven't been real impressed with it so far, but they did do a cute little program for thanksgiving. Well, they had the kids sing some songs for a few minutes. I only had my small camera with me so I the videos aren't that great, but I think they are kinda fun :) Sorry, its long, but its more for me than for you so I won't feel bad if you don't watch it all. I excited for his new preschool. It sounds a lot more professional and maybe the teachers will even be there when you bring the kids, not come 15 minutes later. But it has been so fun to watch Parker learn. He talks about his letters all the time now and just loves to have you write them all for him to look at and to tell you what letters are in his name. He's really good at spelling KC. :) And he's starting to recognize a lot of words. Its fun to read our alphabet book together because he can read all the words in it. (and hopefully soon he'll know them even w/o the pictures right next to them)

Sleepy boys

Its been 1 hr since my kids went down for their naps, and when I just went to peak in on them I found them in the exact same positions as when they fell asleep. Must be tired :) Well, Parker's actually a little sick, but hes getting better. Aren't they sweet when they are sleeping?

Heres a pic looking in towards the kitchen. Its all empty right now but hopefully soon it won't be :) The door on the left goes into the laundry room/pantry and then to the garage. The window on the right looks out to the backyard. This is taken from the same spot only looking toward the front of the house. We have a really big living/family room that will be great when you all come and visit ;) The door you see open on the side is for the little half bath.

Here are some pictures of our new house :) As you can see they still have a lot to do. But they say they'll have it done on time so I've got my fingers crossed. It will be a noisey place to live for a few months while they finish up all the rest of the houses on the street, but hopefully that won't take too long. They should be getting all the cabinets in this week. We'll post more as it gets closer to being done. I'm having fun getting things organized so we can pack. Its nice to be able to go through things. Luckily I've gotten rid of a ton of stuff that we weren't using in the last few months so there isn't too much extra stuff to figure out what to do with. 3.5 weeks sure seems like forever and at the same time it seems so close. All I want to do is pack everything up and go, but we don't want to live out of boxes for the next few weeks so I'm trying to be patient and just do a little at a time.
